Job Description
  ü  To verify all the treatment sheets written by the RMOs & consultants for appropriateness as per standards and report non compliance on daily basis. 
  ü  To perform the following list of audits and present the analysis as per calendar- 
A. Narcotic audit
B. High alert medication
C. Refrigerator medication audit
D. LASA
E. Prescription audit
F. Crash cart audit
G. Ambulance medication kit audit. 
  ü  To carry out the AMS program. 
  ü  Attend the rounds with the consultants. And inform the RMOs about any changes in treatment chart.
  ü  To ensure compliance of MMU (Medication Management Usage) chapter as per JCI requirement. 
  ü  To ensure compliance of MOM (Management of Medication) as per NABH requirement. 
  ü  To coordinate for PTC, AMS, Infection Control Committee, QIP meetings.
     ü To synchronize the duties with other departmental staffs
