ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ü To research and develop online drug database.
ü Review pharma contents as and when required by the
organization.
ü To maintain hygiene in the drug database through periodic
monitoring and ensuring that the database is up to date and complying to all
the rules and regulations in a timely manner.
EDUCATIONAL
REQUIREMENTS: M.PHARM (Any Specialization)
/ PHARM.D
WORK EXPERIENCE: Free years/ Pharma company/Pharma
R&D/Pharmacovigilance
OTHER
REQUISITES:
ü Sound Knowledge and ability to apply the governing Acts
like Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,
etc.,
ü Strong communication (written and verbal) and
presentation skills.
ü Strong problem solving, influencing, negotiation,
conflict management and collaboration skills.
ü Good MS office and computer skills.
ü Highly effective time management and delegation skills,
ability to manage multiple competing priorities, meet multiple demanding
timelines and work creatively in fast paced target driven high
pressure environment.
ü Ability to work in a team and to carry out assignments to
completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and
standard accepted practices.
ü Ability to deliver results to the appropriate
productivity, budgetary and quality metrics.
ü Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, proactivity, ownership
and accountability.
ü Strong ability to establish and maintain effective
working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.
